Who doesn’t love a low impact body weight workout??! I love them! Low impact exercises are great on days you are not feeling like going full bore with your cardio workout. Low impact exercises are also great for almost anyone because they are easy on your joints.
These moves really focus on strengthening your core, which face it, it’s what holds your upper and lower body together. A nice strong core results with good posture.
I’m also a huge fan of body weight exercises. You can do body weight workouts anywhere and you don’t need any equipment. Stuck in a hotel room overnight on business, that’s okay, you can do these body weight exercises and still get your workout in. No need to pack any extras in your overnight bag.
Triceps Dip

Do 15-20 reps of these.
Bear Crawl

Do 20-30 reps of these counting the forward crawl and backward crawl as one rep.
Spiderman Plank

Do 30 reps of these counting each spiderman (each leg) as one rep or count to 60 if your counting each movement.
Plank with Butt Lift

Do 30 reps on each side. If you count each leg lift, count to 60.
Russian Twist

Do 30 reps. Twisting to the right and left side equals 1 rep.

Turn this workout into a circuit by repeating each move from the top 1-3 times total.
Also, if you don’t feel like counting reps set a timer and do each move for 30-60 seconds.
