The perfect plank!
What is a plank? I’m sure you have either tried it or seen it by now. The plank is a great core exercise, it works your abs, strengthens your upper body and works your core which promotes better posture and a healthier spine and did I mention nicer looking abs.
Try planking right now! Ok, now that you have that down.
Try adding different variations, such as bringing one knee in toward your chest at a time, alternating, or lifting one leg up toward the sky, alternating. The plank really helped me get my abs into shape so I strongly recommend you add it into your workout routine. I ran my butt off, so cardio wasn’t the problem, (maybe it was my diet). So if you have your diet and cardio in line already, your abs should come easy.
