Coaching Packages
1:1 Total Wellbeing Transformation Coaching
60-minute sessions can be set up on an as needed basis. Session includes 1 hour of coaching plus an action plan.
1:1 Nutrition coaching
50-minute session.
My approach to nutrition is simple. I cut out complex. I do not teach counting calories or macros. If you are looking for something more strict this nutrition coaching is probably not for you.
1:1 Total Wellbeing Transformation Coaching Bundle Package
These sessions can be booked on a as needed basis: once a week, once every other week, once every three weeks. Basically, whatever fits your schedule and your heart’s desires.
Heartmath Building Personal Resilience 1:1 Coaching
You will learn how to change your heart rhythm pattern to create physiological coherence. Physiological coherence is a scientifically measurable state characterized by increased order and harmony in our mind, emotions, and body.
Heartmath+ Building Personal Resilience Group Coaching
Up to 10 people.
8 Sessions minimum with group sessions held every 2 weeks. This will be a 4 month commitment to yourself and your group.
Please note dates and times of sessions to be sure they coincide with your schedule. Groups automatically qualify for a 10% discount
Total Wellbeing Transformation Group Session
Up to 10 people.
These sessions are held every 2 weeks for the 6 month program. Sessions are 60-90 minutes. Please note dates and times of sessions to be sure they coincide with your schedule. Groups automatically qualify for a 10% discount.
