Do you every wonder, how to eat more fruits and vegetables in a day?! Like lots of people, you are trying to focus on your health. You know fruits & vegetables is where it’s at. It can be somewhat difficult trying to incorporate your recommended amount of fruits and vegetables into your daily nutrition. The USDA Dietary Guidelines recommends adults eat anywhere from 5-13 per day for overall health. Wow, that’s a lot! How many fruits and vegetables do you eat everyday? What gets even more trickier for most is making sure their children are healthy and getting lots of fruits and vegetables in their diets. 

At the beginning of this year a friend told me about Juice Plus. I was desperate to try anything for my ADHD child and I had read Juice Plus had helped children with the diagnosis. What is Juice Plus?

Juice Plus is encapsulated produce, (fruits, vegetables & berries.) Some Of The Benefits I’ve Experienced

PMS – WOW! Amen to NO MORE crazy PMS symptoms I literally could not tolerate my family once a month. I knew it was me but I couldn’t control it. Hair & Nails – My hair and nails which normally grow fairly fast anyways grow even faster. The down fall is the hair on my legs is thicker and darker so consequently I have to shave more often. But I’ll take it for the rest of the benefits.

Try and do something active every single day even if it’s a ten minute walk, hey, it’s better than nothing at all. I know life is crazy and it gets in the way but you will have so much more energy when you plan your “fun” stuff if you are a healthy being.
