This apple yogurt granola salad is a fabulous salad to make when you want to stay on the healthy side but your kinda having a sweets craving. It’s also perfect to bring to a summer barbecue, especially when your unsure if there will be anything “healthy” served. The apples in the salad provide you with filling fiber, vitamin C, Carbohydrates and phytonutrients, granola packs protein, more fiber and the greek yogurt offers protein and probiotics. All three ingredients blended together offer a healthy sweetness! This is a fiber protein packed salad!
How to Make Apple Yogurt Granola Salad
Ingredients:
- 1- Medium to Large Apple (I recommend Honeycrisp)
- 1 cup – Vanilla Yogurt (I use Oikos Greek Yogurt, for a lighter consistency use Activia vanilla) Add more or less depending on apple size or amount of apples
- 1/2 cup – Granola (Quaker Oats with Chocolate Chips) Add more or less depending on your likings
