Happy Conduct’s Fun Goal Challenge

Are you ready to make a change in your life??

We are doing this together! And, we are going to have fun with it!

What is it you want or have been struggling with achieving? Goals can be desires, physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, or financial, etc.

Maybe it’s something you’ve been pondering and haven’t tried at all.

Your goal can be anything. It can be reaching out to your loved ones more often. Going on nature walks. Starting a meditation practice. Carving out time in your day to read. Practicing patience while driving or in general.

You decide what you would love to transform. Whatever it is, it will build your spirit.

We are starting on Earth Day….

Sounds like a good day to start something fun and something new.

Let’s support each other in reaching our goals.

If you are reading this after the start date, just start. This challenge is designed to start any day. Follow the steps below and get started today.

Step One

Start where you are. Find acceptance and grace.

You don’t have to wait until New Years, Monday or the beginning of the month. Hence, why we are starting on just a specially picked day. Earth Day!

If you want to start exercising and don’t at all and maybe just have a gym membership, that is where you start. Accept where your at- you don’t currently workout and you have a gym membership. Cool.

Your desire is to be in better shape, have more energy and workout 5 days a week.

Step Two

Determine what skills you need to reach your goal.

You might need to know how to operate a treadmill at the gym if that is your method of exercise. Or you may need to inquire on how you need to sign up for a class at your gym.

Step Three

What action steps are 90 to 100% confident you can take to reach you goal.

Remember where you at, you have a gym membership that you don’t use. Be realistic. Do you feel 90% confident you can go to the gym 5 days a week consistently for 4 weeks? Probably not when you are just getting started. Please set yourself up for success, not failure. Even if you decided you feel 100% confident you could go one time a week. That is a step in the right direction to meeting your desired goal.

Set your action steps. Let’s just say you feel 95% confident to go to the gym 3 days out of the week and walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes.

Step Four

Complete your Goal sheet. You can download one here, you can write it down but PLEASE write it down. Make it concrete.

Next, we check in with each other. We make sure we are carrying out our action plan.

We keep one another accountable. We provide support to each other when it is needed.

What happens when we get to the 4 week mark?

We repeat the process but refine our action steps, maybe our skills and desires until we reach our Goal.
