Butt & Thigh Circuit Workout

This circuit consists of 5 total moves, two of the moves will be performed on the left and then the right so if you count those moves separately there’s a total of 8.

Do 12 reps of each move then repeat 2 more times.

Advanced Circuit

Do each move for one minute and repeat the entire circuit for a total of 3 times.
