Try this yummy peanut butter banana shake! This is a great morning shake. It’s full of protein and it really gets you started! It tastes more like dessert than a healthy breakfast.
Ingredients:
1-2 frozen bananas
1 cup almond milk (add more or less depending on size of bananas)
2 tbs peanut butter powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbs chia seed
1 tsp vanilla extract
Add all of your ingredients into your blender and blend away. Please feel free to use variations, don’t add chia seeds if you can’t stand them or add some cocoa if you want to add chocolate flavor and antioxidants.
Tip- Before your bananas get too ripe, freeze them. I slice mine up and put them into ziplock bags.
