How to Detox Your Body the Natural & Simple Way!

It’s simple! Drink lemon water daily!

You do not have to go out and buy expensive detoxing kits. You do not need to starve yourself to detox. You do not have to fast (same thing as starving yourself). No drinking nasty tasting elixirs or swallowing pills you can barely hack down, nope, just simple lemon water. Detoxing or cleansing out your system does not have to be strenuous on your body and mind. 

The Benefits of a Lemon

Lemons are loaded with vitamin C providing benefits of anti-aging, immunity, and digestion. Lemon also contains potassium and calcium.  Your liver cleanses toxins from your body so depending on what you put into your body determines how hard your liver has to work. So regardless of your lifestyle giving your liver an added boost to cleanse out your system will definitely be beneficial. Lemon water helps to improve bowel function and improves constipation. 

Start Your Day Off Right 

To start your day, before you put anything else into your body drink an 8 oz glass of water with half of a squeezed lemon. It’s a great way to get your day started as soon as you get outta bed. Lemon water is the perfect simplest way to wake up your body and get it going in the morning not to mention it hydrates your body after going a solid 7-8 hours with no fluids. It will also provide you with a little extra energy, which I’m sure you could use. 

Save Yourself Some Time

To save time wash and slice up your lemons in advance so all you have to do is squeeze and go! Or, you can squeeze in advance, whatever fits into your lifestyle best. If lemon water is too tart for you try squeezing in a little juice from an orange or add a sprig of mint.
