Take your pick! I pick both and I hope you do too!
There are so many different studies about coffee, it’s good for you, it’s not good for you. What is it? So maybe the only thing bad is the caffeine or the amount of caffeine and that also depends on how much you consume each day. If you have a love for both like I do, I say don’t give it up! I know both coffee and tea do a lot of good for my mental health. I cherish the quiet mornings sipping coffee before getting ready for yet another crazy busy day and sipping an afternoon cup of tea on a cold winter day is just bliss. I’ve had several friends here recently quit or cut back drinking coffee because it is bad for “you”. The only thing bad in my coffee is all the creamer. Although Bliss almond milk creamer only has 30 calories per tablespoon, not too bad!
Just some of Coffee’s benefits:
Studies have showed benefits to be, possible prevention from Alzheimers Disease and Dementia, lower the risk of Parkinson’s Disease, stroke and type 2 Diabetes, increase your performance due to increased energy and help you burn fat, and I don’t know about you but it sure helps wake me up in the mornings.
Just some of Tea’s benefits:
There are so many different types of tea and the range of benefits are just phenomenal from decreasing anxiety to helping you sleep at night, to calming an upset stomach, helping with digestion, improving your skin, assist with weight loss, and how about fighting signs of aging like wrinkles, that’s an easy cup to swallow.
Coffee & Tea both contain antioxidants which we all know are good for you. I believe the over all benefits of sipping out weigh the bad! Enjoy! Be happy!
