28 Minute HIIT Workout

28 Minute Body Weight HIIT Workout

This is a High Intensity Interval Training workout designed to torch major calories, work your entire body, and the best part is you can do this workout anywhere. When your on vacation you have no excuses, don’t feel like using the onsite gym well, you don’t have to. You can do this workout in the privacy of your own vacation room. After you are done you will be ready to go and conquer your excursion list for the day. And while your conquering your excursion list you will continue to burn more calories.
