Get busy with some Bicycle Crunches
Bicycle crunches are so awesome and they really really work your abdominals. Do this move for one minute or count 100 reps which ever you like for a nice abdominal workout.
Next up are Leg Raises
Leg Raises will work your lower abs very very nicely. Make sure to keep your lower back on the floor to ensure you are working those lower abs to the max.
Fall in love with some Mountain Climbers
Mountain Climbers will make you love your core so love them back. Keep your abs engaged as you bring your knee into your chest for maximum results.
Scissors are for firm Abs
Always throw some ab moves in there that are going to work those hard to work areas, your lower abs a.ka. the transverse abdominis. I love to scissors-cise. This is an awesome move!
Double down with a Reverse Crunch with a Toe Tap
This is a two for one exercise you are working your lower abs during the reverse crunch and then again as you control the move down to the toe tap you are keeping those abs engaged throughout each move for a double down move. Now that’s multi-tasking!

Incorporate all of these 5 moves into an ab routine and you will shape up your abs nicely. Set an interval timer and do each move for one minute and than repeat for a solid 10 minute ab workout. Make it a perfect extension workout by adding it onto your cardio session or just make it a 5 to 10 minute ab workout because that’s all you got today.
Something is always better than nothing!
