60-minute sessions can be set up on an as needed basis. Session includes 1 hour of coaching plus an action plan.
What is Total Wellbeing Coaching and what do you get out of it?
Total wellbeing is a form of deep health or overall health. This can include proper nutrition for optimal health, heart and brain health or maybe weight loss. Taking control of your stress and anxiety levels for lower cortisol levels reducing inflammation and belly fat.

Exercise is crucial for optimal health.
You may want to implement an exercise routine or re-invent your current one for various reasons. You may want to lose weight, tone up, gain muscle mass, keep a healthy heart, etc. You may want to focus on your hydration.
What will you become?
During your initial assessment/consultation we will focus on what total wellbeing is to you and craft your vision of the future plan. Once your Future Vision Plan has been created we will implement the skills, practices and actions that will align with your goals. We will have weekly or bi-weekly sessions according to your needs and desires and schedule. This can also be adjusted with progress to allow more time in between sessions to focus on your goals.
