About the Program

The format of the group differs from 1:1 in that we are more structured in our sessions to allow for each and everyone of you to be seen and heard.

The amazing part…

of the Building Personal Resilience group coaching is the psychology of doing things in groups. It creates our need to belong and understand through social comparison. Groups help us define our sense of self and social identity and achieve goals that may otherwise elude us if we did then alone.

6 Sessions minimum with group sessions held every week. This will be a commitment to yourself and your group. Please note dates and times of sessions to be sure they coincide with your schedule. Groups automatically qualify for a 10% discount.

Group sessions are limited to up to 10 people.

This is a 6 week group program which focuses on building personal resilience through heart focused breathing. You will learn how to shift your emotions in the moment and how heart rate variability works.

All sessions will be held on the same day and time each week for scheduling purposes. Sessions will be on Friday at 10:00 CST, ending at 11:30 CST.

The next sessions will be on the following dates and times:

  • September 6, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. CST
  • September 13, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. CST
  • September 20, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. CST
  • September 27, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. CST
