Always wash your face before bed. 

Most women are using moisturizers, primers, and makeup on their skin each day so wash it off at the end of each day and let your pores breath through the night. 

Always put sunscreen on your skin.

One of the easiest skin care tricks is protecting it. You can save years of sun damage just by applying sunscreen to your face every morning. Reapply if you are outdoors for an extended period of time. 

Find the skin care regimen that works for your skin.

There are so many skin care products out there from drugstore to department store and they can add up quick. Find what works for your skin type and stick to it. 

Drink lemon water and green tea every day.

It’s so simple to do and replenishes your body with vitamins and antioxidants which provides a radiant glow.

Get some cardio in!

Exercise helps your body as a whole, it gets the blood pumping, flushes your cheeks with a rosiness, giving your skin a healthy glow.
