50-minute session.
My approach to nutrition is simple. I cut out complex. I do not teach counting calories or macros. If you are looking for something more strict this nutrition coaching is probably not for you.
As your Nutrition Coach I will customize a plan that works for you.
Your nutrition plan will be based on the foods that you enjoy eating and that work well with your body. Some of this is experiential and you may want to keep a food journal for tracking or use an app on your phone
I focus on incorporating mostly whole foods into your nutrition plan. Basically food that comes from the earth.
