These sessions are held every week for 12 weeks. Sessions are 90 minutes. Please note dates and times of sessions to be sure they coincide with your schedule. Groups are exclusive to women only.

Total wellbeing is a form of deep health or overall health.
About the Program
Sessions are held in a group of no more than 10. Sessions are formatted to flow from introductions to visions, goals, and an action plan to put the new behavior into place. We will work together to bring each vision to life and support each other in the process.
Groups are more powerful than individuals. There will be a lot of momentum to go around. We will help each other stay accountable. We will practice grace and praise together.
The best part is the camaraderie!

During our first sessions together we will focus on what total wellbeing is to you individually and craft your vision of the future plan.
Once your Future Vision Plan has been created we will implement the skills, practices and actions that will align with your goals together as a group.
We will have weekly sessions. Sessions will be set prior to enrollment with the same day of the week and time.

Total Wellbeing Group is a group program with up to 10 other people. We will meet via video once a week for 90 minutes. The program will last for 12 weeks. We will work together to achieve what I call Total Well-being. Total Well-Being is a state of optimal health. Optimal health can be defined differently to each of us.
Group sessions are EXCLUSIVE AND limited to up to 10 people.
This is a 12 week group program which focuses on your ideal future self and what total wellbeing means to you. You will learn how to sustain your newly learned behavior(s).
All sessions will be held on the same day and time each week for scheduling purposes. Sessions will be on Thursdays at 12:00 CST, ending at 1:30 CST.
