Total Well-Being Program – One on One
With this program you will learn mindfulness, heartmath techniques, a simple nutrition path, how to implement a fitness routine, and most importantly sustainability. This service is offered as a one on one mentoring program as well as a group mentoring program. With the group you not only get the support from me your mentor but also the others enrolled in the group program.
Total Well-Being Program – Group
In addition to the one on one program you will be enrolled in this program with up to 10 other people. We will meet via zoom once a week for up to 60-90 minutes. The program will last for four consecutive weeks. We will work together to achieve what I call Total Well-being. Total Well-Being to me is optimal health. Optimal health includes, fitness, nutrition, and personal resilience which creates sustainability.
Nutrition Coaching
Get nutrition tailored to you with my simplified approach. I specialize in getting you to eat nutritiously to meet your health goals. My method does not include counting calories, weighing your food, standing on your head or anything crazy like that. There is no one size fits all when it comes to nutrition so you will get a customized plan and knowledge that fits you.
